Simplified Process

  • We offer a free detailed market appraisal (4-5 pages) and will get back to you as quickly as we can with a valuation.
  • Our years if experience and the volume of transactions we have undertaken in the area, means we have a large database of knowledge to draw upon to ensure our valuations are as acurate as possible enabling us to sell your property at the best price, quickly and efficiently.
  • The contract you sign with us (Mandat de Vente) when you instruct us to sell your property is in French and English so you can understand our obligations to you.
  • We have one of the industry’s leading back office systems which we give you access via your own password so that you can track the viewings and get updates on how your sale is progressing.
  • Our property details are comprehensive, we only use the best photos and our colour floor plans and 360° virtual tours enable buyers to take an armchair tour of the property.

Promoting your property

  • Buyers waiting - with over 10 years in the business we have a large database of buyers waiting for property.
  • Matching – as soon as you instruct we are able to match your property with our large database of buyers. We can instantly send them an email alert about your property.
  • Monthly Newsletter – we send a monthly update to our entire database informing them of new properties we have taken on.
  • Press and other local media – for those buyers who cannot benefit from the above forms of contact we will ensure your property still receives high awareness through press advertising and sponsorship.
  • High street location - our prime high street location with a high volume of passing traffic ensures your property gets the best local exposure
  • All our properties feature floor plans as standard and we are currently introducing 360° virtual tours
  • To market your property we use the latest search engine optimization techniques to ensure our site is as high as possible in the search engine rankings to achieve excellent visibility in a crowded market
  • We have a monthly Google Ads budget to drive traffic to the site
  • We have a daily upload of properties to our selected web portals including Rightmove, Greenacres, ImmoFrance, FNAIM and over 40 protals across France
  • We work in partnership with many other organisations such as Wendy’s Houses to widen the exposure of your property to the market

Our competitive fees

For a multi agency instruction (mandat de vente simple) our fees are still highly competitive:

  • 7% VAT included for a final sale price of between 30 000 euros and 90 000 euros
  • 6% VAT included for a final sale price of between 91 000 euros and 150 000 euros
  • 5% VAT inlcuded for a final sale price of 151 000 euros and over
  • 8% VAT included for the sale of building land
