Joanna created Géranium Immobilier in 2008 after having worked for an estate agency in the Haute Savoie since 2004. Prior to that Joanna had 15 years international corporate experience in London and the Far East. With a degree in French and Business Studies specialising in marketing, her background means she is constantly tweaking the marketing of her vendors properties looking for bespoke opportunities to get them noticed. Her calm approach means her listening skills coupled with her passion for the region, ensure she is an excellent negotiator helping you with all your questions and ensuring that your sale or purchase goes as smoothly as possible. 

Caroline joined the company in 2011 following several years running her own transfer company and is now the driving force behind Geranium. Born in the Morzine valley, she is passionate about the valley and its local community knowing all Geranium’s properties and vendors personally and using her local knowledge and contacts to negotiate the best deal for all our clients. Service orientated and extremely caring, her extensive property transaction experience will ensure your sale and purchase is smooth and successful.
